 Located near Plum Senior High School, this affordable community will offer packages beginning in the $170's.  That's house and lot included!!!  Didn't think you could afford a new home???  Think again.  Not only are these homes affordable, but they are also custom built and designed.  What does that mean to you?  You meet with the builder and decide on the design of your new home.  You have the option to redesign the plan to meet your needs and there is no such thing as Option "A", "B" and "C".  You also have to option to meet with Manorhouse Kitchens to design your custom kitchen, and to meet with other suppliers and subcontractors, so that your new home will meet your needs and not be a cookie cutter replica of your neighbor's home.  All of the homes feature quality materials and are energy efficient.
